| According to a reliable report, a china province recently outlawed common wanking practices as it's against a new moral code voted into law in a china province. A direct result of this barbaric law is a lot of mens folk now jammed chinese hospital switch board complaining of swollen testicles full of semen. Chinese authorities quickly realise they had to do something and promptly classified 'swollen testicle full of semen' as a medical condition clearing the way for hospital treatment. Scores of specially trained chinese female semen nurses were drafted in to relieve men needing treatment at a special hospital ward. Ofcourse the men are no longer complaining said Mrs Chin Chsua, the hospital head nurse "we have men coming in sometimes two or three times a week for treatment, it's all in good spirit" |

| Following the chinese experiment, UK NHS boffins have begin a controversial trial of sending specially trained NHS nurses on home visits to collect semen sample from patients complaining of swollen testicle. These nurses are trained to xtract semen samples from patients by every means necessary. The semens are then taken to the lab for further analysis. The trial was a great success, bosses are thinking of extending the trail to other areas according to regional head of NHS strategic planning officer. There have been numerous accounts of semen sample going missing from the lab and bosses have to order a home re-visit to replace missing samples. Meanwhile some patients have been suspected of being responsible for the missing samples in order to be subjected to a home re-visit by the semen nurses. |
