I have made payment but my passcode is not working |

Common problem but can be easily avoided by copying and pasting the membership passcode you received in email from our billing agent when prompted to enter your passcode as you enter the member's area. If your membership passcode is still not recognised after this then email us via the 'contct us' section giving us your username and passcode as received in email from our billing agent and we will try and help you out.
