It is likely you have not got the correct movie player and codecs install on your computer. Currently there are two type of movies in our download area. Older movies are DivX movies which required free DivX Codec installed on your computer before you can play our movies, The newer movies are Windows Media movies and you must have version 9 or above of window media player to play the newer movies. Eventually we plan to move all our DivX movies all to Window Media format.

Common problem but can be easily avoided by copying and pasting the download passcode you received in email from our billing agent when prompted to enter your passcode from the download page for your movie. If your download passcode is still not recognised after this then email us via the 'contct us' section giving us your username and passcode as received in email from our billing agent and we will try and help you out. First, browse for the video you wish to buy and watch the free preview video and images

If you're happy with the video, from the same video preview area, click the link to our billing agen on the left of the video preview screen. After you've paid for download ticket for that video, our billing agent will email you username and passcode for use to access the video

After you made payment and received your download passcode come back to the video preview page of the video you wish to download and below the billing agent link on the left hand side is a URL link that will take you to the Download area fro that video. When you click this link you will be asked to enter username/passcodes, just copy and paste the username/passcode you received in email from our billing agent and it will allow you access to download the video you just purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR DOWNLOAD PASSCODE IS NOT THE SAME AS SITE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION LOGIN!
